TevDev Studio SpA aims for www.tevdev.cl and portfolio.tevdev.cl to be usable with a keyboard, with a screen reader, with enlarged text and with any reading preference.
1. Goal
The goal is level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. The site has not been audited externally, so this statement does not claim conformance. It describes what is tested and what is still missing.
2. What is tested
Before a change is published, we check text contrast, with a minimum of 4.5 to 1, full keyboard use, image alternative text, heading order and behavior with the reduced motion preference. The goal for every page is 100 out of 100 in the Lighthouse accessibility test.
3. Accessibility panel
The accessibility button, at the bottom left of every page, lets you read the page aloud, enlarge the text, add space between lines and letters, use a high legibility typeface, raise the contrast, underline links, strengthen the keyboard focus, show a reading guide, enlarge the cursor and stop animations. The panel also opens with Alt + A. Preferences are saved in the browser.
4. Known limitations
Read aloud uses the voices on the device, and their quality depends on the browser and the system. The voices in Edge, Chrome and Safari sound natural; some Linux voices sound synthetic. Client sites linked from the portfolio belong to each company and have their own level of accessibility.
5. Report a problem
If a page cannot be used the way you browse, write to us with the page and the problem. Every report gets an answer and, where needed, a fix.
For questions, complaints or problems, you can write to contacto@tevdev.cl.
