Which Microsoft 365 plan is the right one?
It depends on whether the company needs the desktop applications or advanced security features. A recommendation follows a review of how each person works.
Can the company move from Google Workspace?
Yes. The migration of email, calendars and files is planned in stages so work does not stop.
Doesn't Microsoft already back up the data?
Microsoft keeps the service available, but a file deleted or encrypted by mistake can only be recovered within limited periods. That is why a separate copy is kept.
