A development project
TevDev Studio does not work on loose demands. Every project is defined before it is built, according to what it is, who requests it and how difficult it is.
Build a service- RequestThe company builds the service in the configurator or discusses it in a meeting.
- Requirements matrixWhat the project must do, point by point, and what is left out. It is put in writing before work starts.
- Workflow and timelineThe stages, who reviews each one and the dates.
- BuildThe work moves forward in stages and each one is reviewed with the company.
- ReleaseFull test, release and handover with its user guide.
Rules that do not change
- In writing
- Proposals, requirements, timelines and reports are put in a document the company keeps.
- Changes
- A change to what was agreed is assessed and added to the matrix, with its effect on the timeline and the amount.
- Clients with a plan
- Whoever has an active IT plan gets preferential pricing on their projects.
- Remote work
- Everything is done remotely, from Santiago, Chile.
