Frequently asked questions
Only WordPress?
No. WordPress is the most common, but WooCommerce and Shopify stores and sites built on other platforms are maintained too. The case is reviewed before a proposal is made.
What if an update breaks something?
Updates are tested before going live and there is always a backup beforehand. If something fails, the previous version is restored.
Does the site have to be built by TevDev Studio?
No. The work starts with a review of the site as it is and of its access details.
