Frequently asked questions
Why do emails land in spam?
Most often the domain does not declare which servers may send in its name, or declares it incorrectly. The configuration is reviewed, corrected and checked with test messages.
Is email lost during the migration?
The migration is planned so email keeps arriving while mailboxes are copied. The final switch happens once the copy is complete.
Which platform is used?
The one the company already uses or prefers, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. If it has neither, one is recommended after the assessment.
