Frequently asked questions
Does it help comply with Chile's data protection law (Law 21.719)?
It helps with the technical side, that is, access control, backup and incident records. The law also requires legal and organisational measures, which a lawyer must review.
Does it include penetration testing?
No. The plan covers the day-to-day running of security. A penetration test is contracted separately when a client or a standard requires it.
Does it include antivirus or protection of the computers?
No. The service covers accounts, email and access. Protecting each computer remains the company's responsibility.
