By accessing and using the services of TevDev Studio SpA, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

TevDev Studio SpA offers web development, digital design, site maintenance, hosting infrastructure, automation, and technology consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any service with or without prior notice.

Invoices issued by TevDev Studio SpA are due within 30 days from issuance, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payment may incur late fees equivalent to 1.5% monthly on the outstanding balance, in addition to the immediate suspension of active services.

Upon full payment of the project, the client acquires ownership of the final deliverable (source code, designs, and content produced specifically for the project). TevDev Studio SpA retains all rights to internal tools, proprietary frameworks, libraries, reusable generic components, and independently developed methodologies.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all information exchanged during the commercial relationship, including trade secrets, business strategies, client data, and any sensitive technical or commercial information.

By submitting a quote form on our website, an account will be automatically created in our Client Portal with the provided information. You will receive your login credentials via email. This account allows you to track your project status in real time, download documents, and communicate with our team.

TevDev Studio SpA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service subject to the dispute.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Modifications become effective upon publication on this site. Continued use of the services after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising from the contractual relationship shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of Justice of the city of Santiago, Chile.
