Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit them. They are used to remember your preferences, keep your session active, and, in some cases, collect anonymous usage data to improve the service.

We use three categories of cookies: (a) Essential cookies, strictly necessary for the site's operation: authenticated session management (tevdev-token, 24 hours) and OAuth flow state (oauth_state, 10 minutes). The site cannot function properly without these cookies. (b) Preference cookies: preferred currency (preferredCurrency, 1 year) and cookie consent (tevdev-cookie-consent, 1 year). (c) Analytics cookies (optional): Google Analytics 4 (identifier G-XKPR1J303W), activated only with your explicit consent. They record pages visited, time on site, and navigation events in anonymized form (anonymize_ip enabled). They are not associated with your personal identity.

The session cookie (tevdev-token) expires after 24 hours or upon manual logout. The currency preference (preferredCurrency) and cookie consent (tevdev-cookie-consent) are retained for 1 year. Google Analytics cookies have a duration of 2 years from the last visit, per GA4 default configuration. The OAuth state (oauth_state) expires 10 minutes after initiating the authentication flow.

Essential cookies are installed based on legitimate interest for service operation (Article 1 et seq. of Chilean Law No. 19.628). Analytics cookies require your express consent, which you may grant or revoke at any time through the cookie banner displayed on your first visit or from your browser settings.

You can reject or delete analytics cookies at any time: (a) From the consent banner: select 'Essential only' on your first visit or when clearing site cookies. (b) From your browser: go to Settings › Privacy › Cookies and delete or block tevdev.cl cookies. Disabling analytics cookies does not affect site functionality or your access to the Client Portal.

Google Analytics processes browsing data on Google LLC servers (USA). Google acts as a data processor under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and complies with the Data Privacy Framework agreement. We do not share or sell cookie data to any other third party.

We may update this Cookie Policy as needed. The last updated date appears at the top of this document. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
